Never considered myself a runner, and definitely never thought I could run for 20 minutes straight without stopping. Basically I’m capable of anything.
Except waking up at a decent hour before class. I promise I’m still capable of fucking that up a bit. (I don’t have class until 5pm and I’m wide awake?)
2 years ago I saw the number 190 on my scale and I swore to myself I’d never see that number again. Mix in some dieting, better living habits, quitting empty calories, meditation, exercise, and positive vibes? Well. I’ll be! :)
